If you’re feeling anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or unsure whether hypnotherapy is right for you — this short conversation is a gentle first step. This 15-minute clarity call is not a therapy session. It’s a focused conversation where we: • Briefly discuss what’s been happening for you • Clarify whether your concern fits our programs • Explain how our structured 3-session model works • Review pricing and next steps • Decide together if we’re a good fit There is no pressure and no obligation. Many people simply need to feel heard and understand the process before moving forward. This call allows you to ask questions and make an informed decision in a calm, contained way. Sessions at Light Manor Hypnotherapy are conducted online via Zoom and are private and structured. If it feels aligned after our conversation, you’ll be invited to complete the intake form and book your first full session. If not, that’s completely okay. This is simply a place to begin. Cancellation Policy
Light Manor Hypnotherapy – Terms & Agreements The hypnotherapy process is a partnership. We work together with your subconscious mind, yet the intentions you set, the preparation you make, and the actions you take are essential to achieving meaningful results. I am responsible for guiding you through a structured and effective process. You are responsible for engaging with that process with honesty, commitment, and follow-through. The more you put in, the more you receive. The 3 Fundamental Agreements To create the best therapeutic environment, we ask that you: Submit all Assignments or Intake Forms at least 48 hours before scheduling a session. Be ready to join your Zoom session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Follow session instructions with care and commitment, trusting the therapeutic process. If these agreements are not met, we may need to pause or reschedule until the necessary preparation is complete. Policy for Missed or Rescheduled Sessions Confirmed Sessions: Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show • A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a missed session. • Free Initial Session No-Show: A $50 fee will be required to rebook the intake session. • Paid Session No-Show: The session may be rescheduled with an additional $50 fee. Consistency and punctuality support your progress. Hypnotherapy builds momentum, and protecting your session time helps maintain that forward movement.
