About Online Sessions
All Sleep Therapy sessions are held privately via Zoom.
Sleep work often benefits from being in familiar surroundings. Meeting from your own home — in a quiet, comfortable space — allows your nervous system to settle more naturally, making it easier to relax, go inward, and integrate the work.
Headphones with microphone are required, as they help create a sense of privacy and focus, allowing the guidance to feel more immersive and uninterrupted.
Many clients find that online sessions are just as effective, and often more calming, than in-person appointments. There’s no travel and no stimulation afterward — allowing the relaxed state created during the session to continue naturally.
Sessions are one-on-one, confidential, and fully supported throughout.
We are insured worldwide for Zoom and in person hypnotherapy sessions so although most of our clients are from US (many drawn by our Canadian dollar Pricing) and Canada, we welcome folks from around the world and have had clients from places as far as Australia, Thailand, and several countries in South America. English language only please.
