All Anxiety / Stress Therapy sessions are held privately via Zoom.
Anxiety and stress work often benefits from being in familiar surroundings. Meeting from your own home — in a quiet, comfortable space — allows your nervous system to settle more naturally, making it easier to observe thoughts, soften emotional responses, and integrate new ways of relating to stress.
Headphones with microphone are required, as they help create a sense of privacy and focus, allowing the guidance to feel more immersive and uninterrupted.
Many clients find that online sessions are just as effective, and often more grounding, than in-person appointments. There’s no travel and no added stimulation afterward — allowing the nervous system to continue settling rather than needing to re-regulate.
Sessions are one-on-one, confidential, and fully supported throughout.
We are insured worldwide for both Zoom and in-person hypnotherapy sessions. While most of our clients are from Canada and the United States (many drawn by our Canadian-dollar pricing), we welcome clients from around the world and have worked with individuals from places as far as Australia, Thailand, and several countries in South America.
