Light Manor Hypnotherapy Donation Policy

Purpose:

At Light Manor Hypnotherapy, we believe in making the transformative power of hypnotherapy accessible to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances. Our donation-based sessions are designed to support those in need while maintaining the value and quality of our services.

Eligibility and Criteria:

​

We offer donation-based hypnotherapy and NLP sessions for individuals who:

• Are experiencing financial hardship or have limited income.

• Are genuinely committed to their healing and personal growth.

• Are willing to engage consistently in the hypnotherapy process.

Application Process:

1. Complete and submit the Intake Form. We will review your needs and commitment level.

2. If we believe we can support your journey, we will contact you to schedule a Free Intake Meeting on Zoom to explore our potential relationship.

• Referrals from community organizations or healthcare providers are welcomed and encouraged.

We operate on a “Pay-What-You-Can” basis, ensuring that everyone can receive the support they need.  Spaces are limited by Light Manor Hypnotherapy and must be pre-approved.

Suggested Donation:

​

• Sessions Donation                                          Our sessions are valued at $169.00, which includes both the online session and the preparatory work. On average, clients have contributed between $50 to $125 per session. However, we encourage you to donate whatever amount feels comfortable based on your personal circumstances. These figures are provided only as a guideline to help you decide.  Donate Here.

• Healing Partner:
  Some clients have also chosen to support Light Manor by becoming Healing Partners -  by giving on a monthly or annual basis, which is both welcomed and greatly appreciated. You can set up a monthly contribution for as low as $10 - or choose to make an annual donation to help us continue our healing services. 

• All contributions are completely voluntary and are based on your ability and desire to support this offering.

• Donations are optional and are intended to support the sustainability of this offering.  This should come from a place of willingness.

Timing of Donations:

• Donations can be made after each session or at the end of the package to allow clients to reflect on the value received.

Non-Monetary Contributions:

 

For clients unable to donate financially, non-monetary contributions are welcomed, such as:

• Referring others who may benefit from our services

• Contribute Through Kind Action.
  In addition to financial donations, we welcome heartfelt contributions through service. Frequency and Structure of Sessions:

 

To ensure effective and consistent progress, donation-based sessions are structured as follows:

• 4 to 6-session packages are recommended for maximum benefit.

• Sessions are scheduled weekly or bi-weekly to build momentum and continuity.

• Clients are encouraged to commit to the full package to experience the best results.

 

Confidentiality and Privacy:

• All donations are confidential and no client will be judged or treated differently based on the amount contributed.

• Donation amounts are never disclosed to other clients or team members.

 

Boundaries and Professional Standards:

​

• Donations are not a reflection of gratitude but a means to support the continuation of this service.

• The quality of hypnotherapy provided remains consistent, regardless of the donation amount.

• We reserve the right to limit the number of donation-based clients per month to maintain the sustainability of this program.

 

Communication and Transparency:

• Clear communication about the donation model will be provided during the initial consultation.

• Clients are encouraged to discuss any questions or concerns about donations or payment options openly and confidentially.

 

Review and Adjustment:

 

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its effectiveness and sustainability. Adjustments may be made to better serve both the clients and the practice.
