Session 1 — Reconnect with Calm, Confidence, and Inner Resources

 

We begin by shifting your state.

Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or mentally busy.

In this session, we:

  • Guide you into a relaxed, focused state

  • Reconnect you with past experiences of calm, strength, or clarity

  • Begin building trust with your subconscious mind

This creates a foundation.

Session 2 — Understand and Release the Root Cause

 

Once a stable foundation is in place, we gently explore deeper.

Using guided regression techniques, we:

  • Identify the root cause of current challenges

  • Begin resolving and reframing these experiences

Often, what seemed confusing… becomes clear.

Session 3 — Resolution, Integration, and Moving Forward

 

In the final session, we bring everything together.

This may include:

  • Releasing emotional attachments or old patterns

  • Forgiveness (of self or others)

  • Letting go of what no longer serves you

  • Creating a clear, aligned direction forward

We also integrate the changes so they carry naturally into your daily life.
