Light Manor Hypnotherapy – Terms & Agreements The hypnotherapy process is a partnership. We work together with your subconscious mind, yet the intentions you set, the preparation you make, and the actions you take are essential to achieving meaningful results. I am responsible for guiding you through a structured and effective process. You are responsible for engaging with that process with honesty, commitment, and follow-through. The more you put in, the more you receive. The 3 Fundamental Agreements To create the best therapeutic environment, we ask that you: Submit all Assignments or Intake Forms at least 48 hours before scheduling a session. Be ready to join your Zoom session at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. Follow session instructions with care and commitment, trusting the therapeutic process. If these agreements are not met, we may need to pause or reschedule until the necessary preparation is complete. Policy for Missed or Rescheduled Sessions Confirmed Sessions: Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show • A session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a missed session. • Free Initial Session No-Show: A $50 fee will be required to rebook the intake session. • Paid Session No-Show: The session may be rescheduled with an additional $50 fee. Consistency and punctuality support your progress. Hypnotherapy builds momentum, and protecting your session time helps maintain that forward movement.
