Unseen Weights: How Conscious Living Heals More Than Just the Self

By Gregory | Light Manor Hypnotherapy

We tend to think of healing as personal. A private battle. Something we do for our own peace, our own body, our own life. But what if our emotional clutter, our addictions, and our unconscious habits aren’t just affecting us?

What if they’re also anchoring us to something larger—something unseen?

In the spiritual healing tradition known as Spirit Releasement Therapy (SRT), there is the recognition that certain frequencies of consciousness attract similar energies. Just as drinkers gather with drinkers and the wounded find comfort in other wounded hearts, the energetic field around us—including spiritual realms—responds to our inner state.

We are transmitters. And receivers.

When we numb our pain with food, with substances, or with distraction, we create not only a blind spot in our psyche, but a kind of opening. A fog. And spirits, especially those still entangled in unresolved desires or emotional suffering, may be drawn to us not out of malice, but resonance. They are looking for relief too.

The very craving we feel may not be fully ours.

But here is the liberation:

When we begin to live simply, sit with discomfort, and consume with care and reverence, we shift frequency. We no longer feed the field of avoidance or pain. Instead, we become grounded, whole, clear.

And in doing so, we may gently release the unseen beings clinging to our unresolved energies.

We become a light.

Not a fortress. A lantern.

As we heal, we may find that other spirits—those ready to transform—are drawn not to feed, but to learn. To be released. To rise.

Healing is not just self-help. It’s spiritual ecology.

Let your peace ripple. Let your clarity unbind others. Let your presence become a path.
