A) More Deepening
Take 3 deep breaths, and as you exhale, say the word 'relax' to yourself. Now breathe normally.

Give yourself permission to go deeper and be more relaxed.

Breathe out stress or tension.

Breathe in relaxation.
You can tell me about anything that comes up at any time. Now we can take a minute or two for silence, to let anything that wants to come up come up.
As I count down from five to zero, you will return to an emotion or event in your life that is affecting your issue of (issue):

5: Going back.

4: And 3, all the way back.

2: Coming into focus.

1: 0. Be there.

2) Imagination
It’s okay to imagine, just make up, or go along with whatever pops into your mind.

Give yourself full permission to use your imagination.

Your mind could make up anything, yet it is experiencing this for a reason that we don’t have to question or know yet.

You may not know, but if you were to guess and know, what events from earlier in your life could be influencing you now?

3) Help From Higher Self
Let all those images go from your mind and come back to the garden and rest in your protecting cocoon of light.

Imagine or feel a beautiful white light.

Breathe it in so it fills every cell of your body, expands your mind, and can help you merge with your higher self.
We can tell the Higher Self:
"We are here because (client name) is ready to work through their issues."
We can ask the Higher Self:

Is there a reason for not accessing a past event at this moment?

Is there a secondary gain from their issue?

Is this not a good time to experience hypnotherapy with Regression?

When would be a better time to do hypnotherapy with Regression?

Does the issue affecting (client name) have a cause in their current life?

Could there be a cause in a past life?

Is there another treatment or recommendation you would give?
