  • Creating New Suggestions: Establish empowering affirmations like: "I gain freedom from the task of smoke inhalation, now and for life."

  • Positive Reconnection: Recall a time before you started smoking to break the mental pattern of dependency.

Session 2: Breaking the Connection

  • Negative Disconnection:

    • Relive the experience of your first cigarette.

    • Revisit key moments when smoking became habitual.

    • Identify and address any root emotional causes tied to smoking.

  • Reframing Beliefs: Understand how smoking once served a purpose (e.g., fitting in or feeling free) and recognize how it now delivers the opposite results.

Session 3: Empowering Your Future

  • Inner Dialogue – From Inner Child to Wise Adult: Engage your wiser self to guide the younger you, offering clarity and maturity.

  • Symbolic Cord Cutting: Visualize a trash can filled with thousands of cigarette butts as a symbol of releasing the habit.

  • Forgiveness: Let go of guilt and blame, forgiving yourself and others.

  • Future Progression: Envision your life as a confident, healthy non-smoker, embracing the new normal.

Weight Loss: A Regression-Based Approach

Session 1: Awareness and Understanding

  • Issue:
    Explore how weight challenges began as a way to cope, find comfort, or gain control but evolved into unhealthy patterns like emotional eating, yoyo dieting, or self-loathing.

  • Suggestion:
    Establish empowering affirmations such as:
    "I gain freedom from emotional and physical burdens, now and for life."

  • Positive Reconnect:
    Revisit a time before weight challenges started. Recognize that it hasn’t always been this way and reconnect with a sense of balance and ease in your relationship with food and body image.

Session 2: Breaking the Cycle

  • Negative Disconnect:

    1. First Significant Weight Challenge: Relive early experiences where food, eating habits, or body image began to feel out of balance.

    2. Next Significant Event: Explore why unhealthy patterns, such as overeating or avoiding exercise, persisted.

    3. Root Emotional Causes: Identify emotions, beliefs, or events tied to your relationship with food and body image.

  • Reframe Beliefs:
    Understand how these behaviors once served emotional needs, such as comfort, belonging, or control. Recognize how they now deliver the opposite results, and align new beliefs with your current goals for health and balance.

Session 3: Empowering Your Future

  • Inner Child - Wise Adult:
    Your younger self may not have fully understood the long-term impact of certain habits or may have resisted guidance from others. Your inner Wise Adult now steps in, offering clarity, knowledge, and support to help you make healthier choices.

  • Cord Cutting:
    Visualize releasing unhealthy cycles. For example, imagine a scale with numbers that no longer control you or another symbol of past struggles being discarded.

  • Forgiveness:
    Let go of guilt or blame tied to eating habits, body image, or past choices. Forgive yourself and others who may have influenced your relationship with food.

  • Future Progression:
    Visualize and embrace a new normal:

    • A healthy, balanced relationship with food.

    • A positive approach to movement and exercise.

    • Confidence in your body and your ability to maintain this transformation.
